Will you ship to my country?
We can ship to most of the coutries as long as our postal office can reach. Certain shipping risk or custom rules against our products (especially wholesale products) may exist in some countries. How can I pay for the products?
We prefer Credit Card (American Express, Visa and Master Card) and Paypal payment. You can also pay by eCheck through Paypal (Please visit www.paypal.com for more information). If you prefer payment by Money Order (in US Dollar only), please contact us with the item name(s) you are interested. We will process your order manually. All items will be shipped only after we recieve the payment.

Will I get discount if I buy more items?
You do not need to be a retailer to enjoy our wholesale discount. As long as you buy more than 5 items at a time, we will provide you discount. If you need more information, please contact us.

Can I request a little change on your products?
We do customization upon request. Extra fee will apply. Customization usually requires extra time. If you need more information, please contact us.

I can not find what I want. Can you make one for me?
For wedding apparel and accessories, we will try our best as long as the time is allowed and material is available. Extra cost will apply. Please send your size and the specific product information along with the photos to us for a Free Quote.

Can I place a rush order?
We will try our best to accept all rush orders if we can. Rush fee varies from 30% to 50% of the item cost. Please contact us to confirm our acceptance before you make the purchase.
