Most of our apparel and accessories are made to order only. To help us serve your order in a timely manner, please kindly read this order process before you make the purchase and please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance at any time.

Step 1 - You make the purchase:
You should choose the style, size, color, any custom requirements if applicable and shipping method when you make the purchase. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any help.

Step 2 - We verify the order detail and place the order:
We will verify your order detail in 1~2 business days. We will contact you by email or by phone if there is any problem with the order. If we have all the information we need to place your order, we will send you an email about the manufacturing time and an estimated shipping date.

Step 3 - We usually deliver an accessory in 2~3 weeks and a gown in 4~8 weeks:
We might accept rush order to make an accessory or a gown in 1~2 weeks if our production schedule is allowed at the time you place an order. A rush fee between $20~80 will apply. Please contact us to confirm our availability before you make the purchase.

Step 4 - We send you final result photos for confirmation (only apply to customized item):
If your item is specially customized, we will send you some final result photos for your confirmation before the shipping. Please be aware that if you don't reply us in 3 weeks, we will ship your item anyway without your confirmation. One time free alteration is provided.

Step 5 - A shipping notification will be sent after we ship your item:
UPS will take 3~4 days, EMS will take 5~8 days and Air Mail will take 8~15 days to most of the regions. Please check out our Shipping & Returns for detail.

Step 6 - We need your feedback to improve our service:
We highly recommend our customers to send us an email after you receive the item and let us know if you are satisfied with our product quality and service. Your feedback is invaluable for us to serve you and other customers better in the future.
