All our items are shipped from Shanghai, China.

We usually ship within 1~2 business days after we receive your payment.

For money order payment, we ship only after the money order be cleared.

No shipping can be arranged on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays.

Tracking  can be provided upon your request (for UPS & EMS only).

If you are not from the regions in our shipping rate chart, please contact us for the shipping cost for you make any purchases.

If your local postal office fails to reach you and return the parcel to us, we will only refund you the item cost. 2nd shipping can be arranged at buyer's cost.

We are not responsible for any lost or damage item(s), but we will help you to deal with the couriers and claim the reimbursement if apply and forward it to you after we receive it.

Air Mail provides a maximum value of the actual shipping cost regardless your item value.

EMS does not compensate any parcel loss or damage. Sometime if you receive the parcel in more than 8 days, EMS might reimburse 50% of the shipping cost at the discretion of its local office.

UPS only compensates a maximum value of $100.

If you don't like the item(s) after you receive it, please contact us in 3 days to arrange the return. In most of the cases, we would like to refund 100% of the product cost (shipping is not included) as long as the item(s) is returned in its original condition.

The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We highly recommend our buyers to keep any sort of return shipping record and provide us as shipping reference if necessary.

Special customized item(s) might NOT be refundable. Please confirm with us about the return issue when you send us your customization requests.

For any adult apparel other than Size 4~10 or any item not in its original condition, 20% ore more restocking fee (apply to the item cost only) will apply.

We will refund you in Money Order or Paypal after we inspect the condition of the returned item. When receivng a refund, please be aware that the refund will less the shipping and any surcharges if applicable.
